The Boulevard Temple Care Center provides 24/7 care for both short-term and long-term residents. In addition to quality services, the site provides optimal comfort for both residents and staff by controlling the internal climate of the building. When encountering problems with the center's existing steam heat system, the decision was made to switch from steam heat units to high efficiency hydronic heating boilers. Using less water, less natural gas, and less electric resources, the total cost reduction for the Center is 35% annually; not including maintenance expenses
